1) CONTINUOUS LEARNING:
If you want to stay relevant in life then reading is not optional but a necessity. Reading stretches your mind, increases your confidence, makes you relevant. Your wealth acquisition is certain but there are things you need to do to attract it and one of such is reading. You need to acquire the three kinds of knowledge and these are:
i. Revelational knowledge: this is gotten from reading the Bible and other anointed books\messages and constant fellowship with God.
ii. Theoretical knowledge: Read impactful books that teach and challenge you to move forward.
iii. Experiential knowledge: Run with the knowledge acquired, act on them today, not tomorrow but immediately for the delay is dangerous.
2) THE SETTING OF LIFE GOALS:
Just as a house is deliberately and consciously built with plans, so is your life. The Bible said, “Write your vision…” . Listen, your life is not what you should play with. You are 75% responsible for what happens in your life God and others is just 25%. To become wealthy, you have to set your goals for a year, 5 years, 10 years, 35 years and so on and ensure that it serves as your map. Every wealthy man is a goal setter.
3) HAVING A GOOD NETWORK:
Your network determines your net worth. It is the people around you that determines your level of growth in life. So, intentionally select the people you relate with. The best network you need is people who are busy building their lives, such people will motivate you to become a better person.
4) LIVING BELOW YOUR MEANS:
To become wealthy in life, you must spend responsibly. No waster ever become wealthy. If you cannot intelligently account for what you do with your money, then you are not helping yourself. You don’t have to live a fake life by spending money above your capacity rather cut your coat according to your size per time and be financially intelligent to save some money from every income you make.
5) THINKING GOOD AND PROGRESSIVE THOUGHT:
Napoleon Hill said that thoughts become things; you attract what you constantly think about. Every wealthy person today constantly thought of being wealthy yesterday. Thoughts are seeds just like you harvest whatsoever you plant so it is with thoughts. So, think right and you will harvest what you thought of and vice versa. You are the product of your thoughts. Beware!
6) SPENDING LESS TIME ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND TELEVISION
The people you are watching worked on themselves to be watched and they are living their destined lives. Why not make up your mind to be watched as well? TV and social media platforms are to be used for your advantage not for your destruction. Do not make them a source of your destruction but elevation.
7) DON’T BORROW:
Borrowing is not a sin but it puts people under serious pressure that destroys joy and shortens a man’s life span. You can be so unfortunate to borrow from someone that will disturb you till you lose your concentration. It is therefore better you learn to manage what you have per time. Be wise!
8) DAILY EVALUATION AND HAVING TO-DO LIST FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY:
This has to do with making proper plans for each day of your life. The ideal thing you should do if you want to become wealthy is to evaluate what you did for the day before you sleep. Ask yourself what did I do right and what did I do wrong? Then, you write down things for the next day.
9) BEING JOYFUL AND ALWAYS MOTIVATED:
To become wealthy you must make it a habit to be joyful and motivated always. If you are joyful, you attract good things to yourself and when you are sad you attract so many tragic situations to yourself that will always make you miserable.
10) BEING DISCIPLINED IN EVERYTHING:
To become wealthy, you must be disciplined in life. You are not like every other person. So, it is not all they do that you are suppose to do because your journey in life is different. Discipline your self regarding sleep, food, sex, money, etc.
