This is a very funny but insightful story.
I learnt what I’m about to share in a very humbling way, this will bless you as I’ll be relating it to relationships and how God works sometimes.
There are two pillars in front of my door, so I came out of my room one fateful day and saw a bathing soap covered with sand on one of the pillars. I believe someone used it and because it fell to the ground, the person kept it there and forgot about it. I didn’t think much about it, I left it there and went my way.
As God would always make things work in unexpected ways, I went to the farm one Saturday, and upon my return back home, I entered the bathroom as usual to take my bath, that was how I discovered there was no bathing soap, I sent my nephew to get one from the room where we normally keep the pack of soap, he came back with the report that the soap was finished, and I was already in the bathroom.
Guess what?
That was how I remembered that sandy soap on the pillar in front of my door, and when I directed my nephew to the place, he got it for me.
I wasn’t the only one that used that soap, my younger ones also used it because there was no soap in the entire house.
Listen, for the fact that you’re abandoned doesn’t mean you’re worthless and useless, I’m telling you the truth.
People may see you everyday and pay no attention to you, but a season is coming that you’ll be the centre of attraction, oh Joseph, when your season comes Pharaoh must have a dream that only you can interpret.
Dear Esther, maybe nobody is looking at you, don’t worry, when God is ready to favour you, Vashti will allow pride to check her out of the throne for you to be enthroned, guess what?
Upon all the eligible ladies, you’ll be the most favoured among the rest.
I’ve told you before, God makes all things beautiful in His time, only God knows how long I kept passing that soap, but there was a season that necessitated that the entire house make use of it.
You may have been forgotten like that soap, maybe people have taken advantage of your love, kindness, and good heart only to hurt you at the end, I’ve come to announce to you that God is orchestrating a season to beautify your life again, this time you won’t go back to that position again.
Don’t be afraid of age, don’t be afraid because at your age you’re not yet financially stable, when God shows up for you, He will bring a total package for you.
When that season opens up, God will do it speedily for you, it will happen so fast that your head will spin and you’ll shed uncontrollable tears of joy, you can’t be valuable to God and be wasteful in life. There’s a time and season with your name written on it.
Dear beloved, I know you’ve been trying, that’s why I’m reassuring you of God’s faithfulness today, don’t give up, don’t be tired of being good and doing good because in due season you’ll surely reap if you don’t give up.
You’ve made it to this point thus far by God’s grace, you can’t afford to turn back now, since you’ve waited this long, don’t settle for anything but the best.
Listen, this life is like a race, but in this same race we have different destinations, so it’s not by how fast but by how well, if you don’t want to miss you place, then go at your pace. You must be individualistic in your approach.
God knows that challenge, and He is coming through for you, it’s not in your place to know the exact times and seasons that He will make it happen, just keep on doing your best and leave the rest for God.
Do what you can do and allow God to do what you cannot do.
One thing I know is that it’s already too late for your marriage to fail, what that means is that you shall marry correctly, your home will be full of bliss, and you shall enjoy peace on every side.
I have good news for you because I know that marital issue shall turn to you for a testimony.
Na who give up loose, so never give up no matter what you’re facing, you may not understand it now, but when God is done, you’ll surely understand it all, and by then, you’ll know that it was worth the wait.
