And God is able to make all grace abound towards you that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work (11 Cor. 9:8). Our God is the God of all grace. He makes grace abound to all His people. He gives grace to the humble. I am what I am by the grace of God (1 Corinthians 15:10). Without the grace of God upon your life, you are nothing. You are saved by grace, you are to live in grace and you are to continue in the grace.
Grace has been described variously. Some describe it as Gods unmerited favour; others describe it as Gods riches at Christ’s expense. Grace is not something we earn. Divine favour is bestowed on us from heaven not because of what we have done but because of Gods love towards us.
And God is able to make all grace abound towards you that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work (11 Corinthians 9:8). The grace of God is manifold or many sided. There is grace for salvation, wealth abundance and prosperity. There is also grace for miracles, signs and wonders. There is grace to walk with God; there is grace to endure hardship; to labour in Gods vineyard.
There is grace to suffer persecution; to die as a martyr for Jesus. It is the grace of God that brings salvation to mankind, which is why no man can be saved by works or by any other means. We can only be saved by grace alone. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:8-10).
You must be saved by the grace of God or you are not saved at all. This grace is available for all who will partake of it. You cannot have too much of grace. You can have grace upon grace from God our Father through the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace is like a mighty ocean from which all mankind are invited to drink. You can be abundantly satisfied with the rivers of Gods pleasure.
He wants to bestow super abundant grace upon your life. (II Cor. 12:9a). What else can a man want? He wants sufficient grace to handle all the issues of life, abundant grace to be a blessing to humanity; grace to walk with God and please Him. No wonder Paul said I am what I am by Gods grace. The God of Paul is your God. He wants to give you grace and make His grace abound towards you. You can believe Him for that today.
